What About Gender Reidentification? | Matthew 19:4

[00:00:00] We'll truth Daily This is Daily Truths with Dave Ahlman Hi everybody welcome back to Daily Truths. We hear a lot about Gender Reidentification these days, right? Now it is the word of God, speak about that? Absolutely it does.

[00:00:20] We're in the book of Matthew chapter 19 and you remember yesterday, we had the Pharisees asking Jesus if it was okay to divorce one's wife for any reason. And this is Jesus' answer in verse 4.

[00:00:33] Have you not read that he created them from the beginning, made them male and female? Now notice here that the Bible says that God created us male and female. He's the one that determined our gender right from the beginning.

[00:00:50] Inside your mom's womb, your gender was determined by God. Not only does it say that, but also it says here that God created us. We didn't evolve from eights. We didn't happen by accident. God created us. It says from the beginning, God created God created male and female.

[00:01:11] So how did we get to where we're at here in America today regarding gender reidentification? Well let me go ahead and propose this. First of all, most Americans believe that the Bible, believe it or not, that the Bible is in our cake book,

[00:01:29] that it really doesn't speak to our morals and values today. That we don't have a moral compass based on the word of God. And if there's no moral compass based on the word of God, then guess what? You determine your own ethics.

[00:01:44] And if it doesn't hurt anybody, if what you're doing doesn't hurt anybody, go ahead and do it. No big deal. The bottom line of what I'm trying to say today is be thankful for who you are.

[00:01:57] Be thankful for the sex that God has created you to be, whether it's male or female. There's no intermediate state. There's no gender reidentification. God determined your sex inside the womb.

[00:02:10] And when you came out of the womb, by the way, we knew exactly whether you were a man, whether you were a boy or a girl, right? It was determined by your biology.

[00:02:20] So we can't read the term in a God created you just the way once you to be, he created your sex. He created your hair color, your eye color, your skin color, your body type. Be thankful for who God has made you to be.

[00:02:34] When God created you, he didn't say, oops, boy, I sure blew that one. Do over, he didn't say that. And neither should we. And that is today's daily truth. Have a great day in the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for tuning in to daily truths with Dave Olman.
