[00:00:00] We'll truth Daily This is Daily Truths with Dave Alman Good morning Pastor Dave Hey Kent, speaking of nice buildings this is beautiful I don't think I've ever been invited to the car or the sanctuary movie

[00:00:20] This is right, special if you want it I know I'll tell you what one of the thing is Because of circumstances beyond yours and my control this is where we have to do it today right

[00:00:32] That's so, where's where we're gonna be here not in the studio not you know not in a room or somewhere So this is and it's nice and cool. It's a hundred degrees today folks This is done like two weeks before you see it

[00:00:46] It's a hundred degrees today, but it feels really nice, really nice with this blower Let me turn it up Oh yeah I want to blow my hair I'll do a translette At least Now that's really an interesting topic because I remember when we did change sanctuary

[00:01:07] Is that our church, you know how some people are just so upset about leaving the church The old church, the old sanctuary And you know here that a lot and I'm in the same way I remember when my old house in my neighborhood was torn

[00:01:22] And it's like oh my goodness What are we doing now? Yeah, it's common. It's all those memories The memories are still there everything is still there It's just a building And that goes with a lot of things

[00:01:38] I've got you know I've talked about my neighbor before that just but all of his pride and attention And everything into his vehicles Yeah, you know got the boat got the truck got this And it's all temporary Like I said, it's all temporary

[00:01:52] And when it comes to the church It's temporary I was watching a Notre Dame bird down You know they did the rebuild on that In Paris Oh that was such a sad thing But you know you look at it It was a gorgeous building

[00:02:12] It was built for the house of the Lord We've got to keep that in mind But then again we have to remember that He's a building That guy is still here but like you said Whether it's a tent or wherever it is if you're in a cave

[00:02:28] Jesus is there And you know can't I I love that I love what you just said And you know I should have said this in the video But I forgot I don't always say what I have in my outline Sometimes I skip stuff

[00:02:43] And maybe it's because the Lord went to me to say it now When the temple is destroyed, they never rebuilt it And the reason they didn't rebuild it It is because by 70 AD A lot of people had converted to Christianity From the Jewish faith

[00:02:57] And so they realized okay he's the promised Messiah He did all this stuff to demonstrate that he was Including rising from the dead I mean all these eyeglasses you saw Many of them were still alive So we're convinced he's a Messiah

[00:03:09] So there's really no need for the temple now Right? He is the temple He is the epitome of the temple And then what's really cool I might have sent this in a later episode But it's really cool is he dwells in us now

[00:03:23] And we are the temple of the Lord Jesus Christ We are the holding place of the Holy Spirit Which is really cool So we've kind of come 360 Okay God established this temple first was a tabernacle Then Jesus shows up, temple is destroyed He's the new temple

[00:03:41] I love that And when he said I can destroy this temple and I can rebuild it in like three days They're all kind of yeah right And I mean that got into a lot of trouble I got into a gym that he could think of himself that way

[00:03:55] Well he knew it was same He just said something I never thought of before If Jesus is the epitome And the culmination of the temple when he said Destroy this temple Yes, it's really powerful stuff He's telling you something I actually really should You just say seminary

[00:04:17] That's the cemetery Yeah, I remember the time You know it's funny that you say that Because I just did a DT today This will be out in a couple weeks Where people were willing to die for the faith

[00:04:34] I mean Jesus said you're going to be persecuted, you disciples We're going to die and And Jesus after he said that he said But a lot of people are going to fall away Right because if they're facing persecution They're hanging onto their earthly temple Namely their body

[00:04:51] Forgetting that their soul is eternal And that's so much better And that's why we as believers I said in that video We don't need to be afraid of persecution here in the United States If it ever comes, because this is not at all many ways

[00:05:05] No, heaven is our home Yeah, looking forward to that Well past your day again, thank you so much It's always nice to find just to get together with you Even though we are in some close quarters It is comfortable It's great Indeed It's a good place

[00:05:25] You're going to be there for that And I hope the folks just Really get into the DTI It's unbelievable The daily truth I listened to it every day And I know a lot of people that are doing it now Tell you friends

[00:05:41] My family is always going to do it Warulate well, we're up to 800 subscribers now And since we put it on YouTube Which I told you guys a couple weeks ago Since we put it on YouTube It's really growing So thanks for being able to

[00:05:58] Another thing, can't that I think is unusual about DTI It's not because I'm doing it I'm just a poor miserable sinner And wants to share the love of Jesus with people But I think the reality about DST is I'm going through the new Testament for a spike birth

[00:06:13] In an everyday five minute podcast I don't think there's anybody else Doing that And so when I started this two years ago I said I want to fill in niche What's any a psychiatrist from German years? Yeah, I'm fine I want to fill in a niche

[00:06:31] For people who maybe want to walk Not thoughtlessly and slowly through the Scripture Without it and it'd be so easy And this is what I'm not trying to rip on other podcasts But it'd be so easy to just Pick and choose stuff that's happening in our culture

[00:06:47] My favorite pastures and talk about that But this is making me very disciplined To talk about things that I've necessarily don't want to talk about Right, but Jesus talked about it or Paul talked about it So I've got to talk about it too

[00:07:02] And I hope that you guys are getting a lot out of DTE I hear from a lot of you and I praise God for that And thank you for your encouragement And this is next to my wife This is one of my very best friends

[00:07:15] And he and I have known each other for 28 years And I think we really look good for how dog got all we are Yeah, I'm hoping for a set that make up Look at the video you have out here is very nice At this huge warehouse
