[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_00]: It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man.

[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_00]: It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in the Lord than to trust in princes.

[00:02:17] [SPEAKER_00]: It is better to trust God and the future of our country than to trust in men.

[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Listen to what Psalm 138 says.

[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_00]: We understand that if the government tells us to do something that is not contrary or contradictory to the Word of God, we are going to obey it because God has established our governing authorities.

[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_00]: So for all authority comes from God. Listen to this. This will blow you away.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_00]: And those in position of authority have been placed there by God.

[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Would we say that only applies to Democrats? No.

[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Would we say that only applies to Republicans? No.

[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_00]: God places and position leaders in every country to take that country where he wants it to go.

[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Now it seems like, according to history, that when things are degrading, when people are turning away from God, it seems like we have leaders that continue to lead us down that path.

[00:03:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying anything negative about Kamala or President Trump. I'm not saying that at all.

[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_00]: But we lost, in many ways, our foundation, which is the Word of God and the leader of our country, which is Jesus Christ.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, and we can't say that anymore.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_00]: So you look at history, human history, and God placing leaders in positions to take that country where it deserves to go.

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? So here's the bottom line of all this. Don't sweat the election. Don't sweat it.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_00]: God is still on the throne, and God is in control.

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_00]: You got to know that. You got to believe that. And no matter who wins the election, that's God's person that he placed in that position.

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_00]: And do you know what that does for me? It gives me great comfort. I don't sweat it. I don't get upset.

[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_00]: I just trust in the Lord. And no matter what, we understand that Jesus' kingdom is not of this world.

[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_00]: We're citizens of heaven headed to a better place.

[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_00]: The Bible says that here on planet Earth, whether we're United States citizens or Spanish people or Europeans or wherever it is that we live,

[00:04:48] [SPEAKER_00]: we're not citizens of this world. We're not citizens of this country. Our citizenship is in heaven, and we're sailing for a much better place

[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_00]: where all the problems that we know down here on this side of heaven will be realized no more.

[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_00]: So don't sweat the election. God is in control. And that is today's Daily Truth. Have a great day in the Lord Jesus Christ.
