Bubble wrap | DT on the Run

[00:00:07] This is Dash and there's Dash and see that plastic wrap, the bubble wrap? He's been looking at that

[00:00:20] bubble wrap for about oh 20 minutes. He walked by it and he is such a dog of habit because that wrap

[00:00:29] was there and it kind of popped or something when he stepped on it. He's afraid of it.

[00:00:38] So he's been staring it down hoping that somehow it'll go away. I don't think he's going to move

[00:00:44] from that position because that bag might get him. Dash is afraid of a lot of things, right?

[00:00:57] Are you? Are you afraid of what people may think of you or maybe worried about your job or worried

[00:01:05] about finances or worried about the impending doom of the fact that as we talked about a few days ago

[00:01:12] that all of us are going to die, that we're all terminal? What scares you? What's the bubble wrap

[00:01:18] of your life? You know that no matter what you face in life, you never face it alone. No matter what

[00:01:26] problems come your way or what discouragement enters in or whoever fails you, you know that no matter

[00:01:33] what comes down the pike of your life, there's nothing to fear because you have Christ. You have the love of

[00:01:45] father who will love you, forgive you and carry you through any difficulty that you face. We don't have

[00:01:52] to be like that guy. Oh, he's, he's looking at me now. Get rid of that bag. Get rid of that bag.

[00:02:00] We tell God the same thing. Get rid of that fearful bubble wrap bag of my life. That's scaring me and

[00:02:08] frightening me and taking away my peace and joy. Get rid of it. Sometimes God does, but sometimes he

[00:02:15] doesn't. And when he doesn't, he wraps us instead of in bubble wrap, he wraps us in his love, acceptance,

[00:02:24] pardon, grace, and power. Remember that. Don't be like that guy who will not move from that position

[00:02:33] until I move the bubble wrap. Have a great day in the Lord Jesus Christ. And that is today's
