An Unfading Crown of Glory

[00:00:07] Hi everybody, I'm here at the Rockies game and you know they've been playing for about

[00:00:15] two weeks I think maybe three and they're not very good. Now I'm gonna turn this around

[00:00:20] and show you a stripe that had to look really good on opening day and it's kind of faded.

[00:00:26] Look at this. It's faded kind of like the team. Do you know what the Bible says? That we have

[00:00:39] eternal life, a treasure waiting for us in heaven that is unfading. That means it'll never

[00:00:46] perish. That means the glory of it will never be diminished. That means we can look forward

[00:00:51] to it and know that indeed because of our faith in Jesus who died and rose again we have

[00:00:58] this crown of eternal life that will never fade away. That's faded. Our inheritance with

[00:01:07] Jesus never will. Thanks be to God that he began a good work in you will bring it to

[00:01:12] completion on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. Keep your faith my friends, keep focusing

[00:01:18] on Jesus. He's the author and perfecter of our faith who for the joy set before him endured

[00:01:23] the cross scorning its shame and is seated at the right hand of God an unfading crown

[00:01:29] of glory that's ours unlike the Rockies. Have a great day in the Lord Jesus Christ.
